hello nurseako..we have the same message from NVC, they also sent a notification to my attorney last april 21, 2008 and i'm still waiting my attorney already receive it, .y PD is May 2006. Hope you will notify us here if ever you got updates from your lawyer.

Hi, ... We have the same pd of feb 06. I called the nvc yesterday and spoke with the call agent. He told me that the letter was already sent to my lawyer last week. So, i guess yours is also on the way.

Hi neneng, thanks for the update. I actually emailed the NVC last time, they said they were waiting for my updated DS230. I submitted it already to my agent.. I hope they will receive the letter from the NVC, and by that time, they will receive my updated papers. Keeping our fingers crossed.

you've been documentarily qualified for more than a month and still no new update from the NVC. did u have a chance to talk with an NVC agent? what did they say? ask your lawyer about it?

Hi dotph, whew that was tough..try to ask NVC operator regarding your case. It seems NVC is having hard time processing our papers, they are bombarded by papers to do.Even us waiting for the official letter is taking time. It bothers me really, I guess NVC is maximazing the time frame for each step at the moment. Basing from those whose lawyers already received the letter, it took them to wait for 3 wks. Then for those documentarily qualified, no updates yet but yes there were few interviewed. I just pray that eventhough the movement is quite slow, at least a visa is already reserved for us, I hope so.Let's pray. God bless us all.
