I was not allowed by my agency to go to CA until I finished my NCLEX exam, im scheduled to take it tomorrow. Im plannig to go to CA on Dec 4 to visit I hope I can see you then. I already booked my flight from NY to Ontario Airport, I hope there will be no more hassles!

I have I-140 approval dated October 4. My Immigration Attorney had me fill up a draft DS230 so that she has all the information ready to transfer to the Bar-Coded DS230 when it arrives from NVC. Visa bill has been paid November 16. Attorney has all my documents (birth/marriage certificates etc) ready to go. I am with Texas Service Center. How long between payment of visa bill and Packet 3 being sent? I am from the UK.

I was recommended to track online the progress and once it said sent to UK to give it 6 weeks and email them, if they acknowledge recieving it to ask if can book medicals and if they say yes then interview will be done within a couple of weeks of the medical.
