Unhappy Delay Visa

I was just wondering why the Us embassy in the philippines have been delaying issuance of visa when you have already all the necessary documents. Anyone here knows how can i contact the US embassy to make follow up, I have called up the operator assisted lines and the only thing that they provide is the update they will say you just have to wait. Its been almost two months for me now and I still have no visa.

Because all documents were not provided to them but the date of your interview. They work at their own speed afterwards.

Talking Re: NVC -CP- GC Tracker

just an update:

received draft for the DS230 form..mailed it last week thru EMS. my friend received a copy of his approval..(the one im talking before..other thread)but i dont received any copy yet, just the draft..is it important to have a copy of the approval?..

and about this family (classmate of my son) who were interviewed by june (he pulled out his son from school because of this), eventually they were issued their visas..but their agency is asking them $4000 because the nurse havent take the NCLEX yet..so the nurse decided to work again..

they can go and fly to the US right?,,why is this agency bugging them of her NCLEX where she can take the NCLEX there ..and their visa is only valid for 6 months only...does the immigration have a rule of passing first ur NCLEx before migrating?...or paying the agency of $4000 if u dont have NCLEX before going to the USA?

I pity them..they really waited for this..and they worked hard for them to have their visa...

where's everybody?..any updates with your papers?

Leah,

When NVC sends the packet 3, it includes ds-230 froms corresponding to the number of vissa applicants. In my case, we are five in the family, I received five original copies of ds-230 froms, crispy ones at that.

Your agency sent you a draft wherein you will fill up and when they received the ds-230 forms from NVC they will write what you wrote in your draft. They will send the original to you and have you sign it.

Regading the person you mentioned, that agency is just taking advantage of her. Anybody can take the NCLRX where ever she wants it.

Processing of packet 3 at NVC takes between two to three months. Four weeks is still early.

If your ds-230 forms were sent to NVC this August then you have to wait at least a month before you can get an interview date. December is a probable date for you. Those who submitted their ds-230 before August have stared getting their Packet 4.

Re: NVC -CP- GC Tracker

Hi everyone, This is my first time to post a reply here. I just want to tell most of you that you are very lucky because your DS230 forms were already submitted to NVC.

Can anyone please help me with my case? My P.D. is Oct. 2004. Last update i heard from NVC was that they have already forwarded the DS230 forms to my lawyer last Aug. 15. I called them immediately after hearing this. I've been following up of what to do but they asked me to fill it out only a month after that. The agency here in Manila forwarded my completed form to my employer in the U.S. only last October 6 via FEDEX. I waited patiently and hoping that as of last week, they got it and have submitted it already to NVC.

To my surprise, I received an email last Friday from my U.S. employer saying that they will hold the submission of my DS230 forms because based on my employment history, I don't have a current hospital working experience. Can they do this? Why are they telling me this only now that I am very close to the next step? What right do I have for them not to hold my application? This is very depressing.
