hi ! I'm just new here!! I recently passed the nclex in Ca.I already submitted some of my documents to ICHP for my visa screen.I'm just lacking one document and that is the verification that i passed the nclex.I just need help to where can i obtain the form and do i need to pay the BRN for visa screen cert? they have the verification of license in their packet, since I'm a graduate of foreign school,i dont have a #ssn.Is that the same form that i will be needing? pls help!

CA requires a payment of $60 to complete the form. You just need to send them the verification form that is included with the VSC application.

Does not matter that you do not have a SSN#, most foreign nurses do not have one until they get to the US.
