move from CA to another state with no license

I'm from the Philippines. I already passed the NCLEX California but I'll be working in Chicago, Illinois. Is it possible for me to apply for reciprocity even without a RN license in California? What are the steps and how long? Thanks.

I have moved your post to the International forum as more appropriate there. Suzanne has answered your question several times for other posters and the other day decided to do a sticky to explain further. You can find this sticky on the main International forum. Only the NCLEX is reciprocity, for your license you have to endorse, although coming from a state that does not issue license without SSN the process is slightly different. All is explained in the sticky so I will close this thread.
