Hi,
Well I'm not actually familiar in endorsing license to AZ but I got my license in CA first and then endorse it to other state. I guess it's pretty much the same. But to make sure, you need to go to AZ BON website and follow the steps in endorsing license. About an official certificate, I know if you pass the exam, they'll send you a confirmation of passing including your license and then a Certificate will follow in a week or two. Or if you want, you can ask a copy of your results and a copy of another certificate but you need to pay for it separately. You might wanna visit their official website to make sure how much it cost. Goodluck!
