i am planning to be RN in Massachusettes,, so i take cgfns but i failed the exam...

and im planning to re apply for another exam this coming july 9,,
would i still retake my cgfns exam or try to take nclex..
im confused...

If you failed CGFNS, your chances of passing NCLEX are lower. Why not take some time to study before retaking a test to maximize your chances?

If you are required to have the CGFNS exam for that state, then you will need to pass it before they will permit you to write the NCLEX exam.

Finding a job in Massachusetts is tough....many places have a freeze on employment, many MA nurses can't find jobs. Perhaps you should look for another place to practice.
