it depends..minimum of 4months. for some reason the CA BON might lost your files so you need to give them a follow up, if you fail to give all the requirements needed for the application the processing takes longer. go to this site. www.rn.ca.go. if you're here in US and you're a legal alien..there'll be no problem with the processing or your application..
Moved to the Internationa forum. Usually with International applications and Ca you are looking at 4 months as long as your application is complete and no delays in sending documents. Also depends on whether you have take local boards as they are now asking for pass in local boards unless extreme circumstances meant you couldn't take them. The end decision is with them
Ca will not issue a license without SSN therefore you will not see your name online and if in Ca expecting to AOS then with retrogression you are going to have problems. If you have SSN then you can expect results between 2-10 days although many have posted they received results later and passed or failed
