Much has already been written about applying to the US for licensure. You are not applying for NCLEX that is just a part of the process. Suggest you start by reading the sticky called Primer to working in the US. All application forms can be found on the BON/BRN website just search for site and check it out making sure you look for requirements for foreign trained nurse
