Deal All,
My EAD is expiring on May 20. I have already applied for its extension (NSC center) in March and awaiting its approval. My question is can I continue to work while my EAD extn is pending approval? My attorney says I can but I hear conflicting statements from others....pls advise as I am concerned and do not want to do anything that would jeopardize my status in US.
Appreciate any info/advise.

Starbin already has her greencard.....her AOS was already approved

Hi All,
My AOS pending in Texas Service center.
My EAD expires in DEC-2007,
a) when do I need to applyfor the renewal of my EAD?
b)Do I need to submit any application for finger print?
c)Do I need to appear for finger print?

Please advise.
