I'm applying for a position in a major teaching hospital that already has a pretty full "faculty" of Nurse Educators... CCU nurse educator, neuro, med-surg etc. I've done some teaching in nursing schools and am now in research. I'm not sure what would be involved in leading a team of nurse educators.

Please tell my about your jobs and what a director should be ideally doing for you.

Also, please tell me what I ought to be looking out for and what questions I should ask when I interview.
