Weight Inservice

I need to do an inserive with my CNA's on the proper procedure for weighing patients. I was looking for some kind of handout or typed information to give them. Does anyone have any ideas/info? Thanks!!

I also recommend a nursing procedures textbook of your choice. Maybe a local educator at the nursing school has a copy or recommendation.
