In our organization, the RNs, LPNs and PCTs all do phlebotomy. Does any one have a good method for developing skills other than using the arms/hands in the skills lab? We do utilize areas such as ED or Pre-op for individuals who need more experience as their orientation progresses, but we are wondering how to provide new orientation groups with a better start initially. Any thoughts? Thanks!
