Question Any suggestions for Graduate Nurse Internship

I'm seeking ideas for anyone out there that is running a Graduate Nurse Internship for your hospital. Or for that matter anythings you might have seen being done elsewhere.

How long is your program?

What do you cover?

How do you assess for success?

What are your overall goals for your program.

What is the most important thing to cover?
