Yes, as ususal, I am coming to allnurses.com for some insight! I know I can count on you all!
I just got the phone call today that I have a peer based interview
tomorrow at shift change (6:30p-7:30p) in the Neuro-Surgical ICU.This will
be my 3rd interivew at this particular hospital for a Patient Care Technician
position (a CNA of sorts).

I don't have any experience in the hospital setting (other than out-patient
volunteering) and am in need of some questions to ask the staff tomorrow
that will have relevance to the unit....any suggestions?
I am taking several resumes to give the staff as well....
