new job information

Hello, Is there any nurses that work in the ICU units of Halifax Medical Center or Fish Memorial hosp in Fl? I would love to here opions on how the staff is treated and RN to pt ratios, floating to other areas and anything you may want to share.
I will be moving to this area and have already looked at other hospitals.
Thanks

Re: new job information

Let me just say thanks to all the people who didn't respond to my question. I must say that I hope your silence doesn't speak for the rest of the nurses in neuro units.

Maybe this a sign that I need to stay away from the neuro units if this the warmth I would receive.

You may get a better response if you post this in the Florida room. I don't think you are being ignored, I just don't think anyone in this forum knows that facility. Id be happy to help with any questions about the neuroICU!
