Neuro or Cardiac Telemetry?

Hi everyone....I would like some advice.

I have been a RN on a med/surgical tele floor for about a year.
My director has offered me job on the Neuro tele or Cardiac tele. I would like to know if it is too early in my nursing career to specialize in either neuro or cardiac. The neuro tele is brand new unit and new manager; just opened. The patient ratio is 4:1.
I really like the floor I am right now, unfortunately, my unit is closing temporarily. So I would appreciate some advice on what each unit is like and what are pro/cons of specializing only having 1 year experience?
