Looking for a Neuro ICU

Hi alltogether,

I am a nurse in Germany working on an Neurosurgical ICU for several years.
I took the NCLEX successfully in Minnesota last year.
Now I am looking for a Hospital which would give me the chance to work on a Neuro ICU for one year. My preference would be working somewhere on the Westcoast.
Does anyone have an idea, how I can achieve my goal?

Hi,
I work in a Neuro ICU and we have several openings. I'm not on the West Coast, but in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
It is a 12 bed unit, but we are moving and will be going down oto only 8 beds around June.
