I hope to work in NeuroTrauma ICU. I was a Paramedic in the mid 80's (when it still wasn't real cool for a woman to be a Medic), and I have always loved working with trauma pts. Though my licensure has been expired for many years, my love for the field has not. If I can't get a job in NTICU where I live (or the ER) I will relocate anywhere I can get a position in one of those dept's.
