picking a charge nurse

hello..
i need your opinion as to what is happening to our floor ..we have 2 injured nurses on the job..since we are stroke floor ,and we are getting up pts, the injured nurses were placed on light duties..now after 3 mons of light duty come to find out one was promoted for charge nurse and the other one all around nurse, pretty much those two become our
bosses..and to think that one is newly grad who knows nothing and the other one has been a nurse for a while but not really a good leader..the only thing that made them be was their YES Ma'm were louder than ours...but it just disappoints me as to the outcome of the situation..
what do you think?
