Pedi on the Med Surg Floor

Hi;

I am the manager of a 46 bed general med/ surg unit in a rural area. We also service about 80 pediatric cases a year. I am looking for ways to train new nurses in pediatrics. Also looking for a pedi pocket guide for nursing. Any suggestions/ help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
