Question Multi Care Tech/Level 3 Tech/Advanced PCT

I am just finishing up the last couple of weeks of training for my "super tech" pilot program. Unfortunately, I seem to have reinvented the wheel--this type of program is not being done in this area of Alabama. Our state board says that they can chart after notifying the nurse what they have done. [b]What do you have them chart on?[b] I know that they should not write on the nurses note. Can anyone out there share a document or an idea for a document with me?
HELP ME, PLEASE FIFI
