MSN tract question

hi Everyone I am hoping to use all your collective experiences.
I am just about finished with my BSN and I am preparing to start an MSN program but I have to pick a direction.

I am a Maternal Child health nurse by experience I worked 9 years on the floor as a staff nurse and then an assistant manager. I then left for an opprotunity as a manager of an LDRP unit. during my time in that possition I also aquired the pediatric department. what I learned from this experience is that I really enjoy management. unfortunatly the facility had layoffs and I was one of those who lost my job but thats another story.

so here is my question. do I find a program that is maternal child based like a nurse practitioner or do I focus my masters on management and leadership. I would like to continue in the leadership role and I don't know which direction would be the best for me. I guess I should mention that I am also a lactation consultant so I could find a masters program that focuses on that area as well.

help! anyone.

thanks
