Unhappy Legibility

Help
We are having a horrible problem with legibility of staff initials and signatures. We have tried education and tieing it in with evaluations/job performance to no avail. Any suggestions would be greatly welcomed.
Thanks
Trish

Our MR department has a list of all medical personnel with their signature and initial signature. That way it will be easier to know who is who.

We are required to print our names and designations after our signatures in the notes.
