Unhappy Jcacho Survey

Well it is that time of year again for us. Boy, do I just dread this. We are also in the process of redesigning part of our Nursing Units.
Anyway, what I was going to ask is, a few years ago I got a JCACHO Survery checklist from someone on this board. If anyone of you have it or something like it, I would appreciated a copy.

Can I please ask for informations/regulations as to Nurses' assignments to patients with communicable diseases?Recently we had a patient who has Shingles,though I told the Charge Nurse that I never had Chicken Pox before I was still assigned to that patient.And as a result I caught the disease...
