Question I have an Interview! Questions?!

Hello! I've applied for a position as manager of the OB dept that I have worked in for the past 10 years. I do not have my BSN yet and I have no management experience. I have my interview with the DON and HR in two days. I'm so nervous!

What kind of questions can I expect? What do "bosses" most hope to hear from prospective managers? I just hate those typical questions, like "What are your biggest weaknesses?"

I have a lot of ideas to improve upon our unit and hopefully improve staff morale, which is desperately needed, but I don't want to start spewing all of these ideas that I'm not sure will really work.

Any advice or tips would be much appreciated!!
Thanks!

Re: I have an Interview! Questions?!

I was going to reply to your post, but then I realized you must have already had the interview. Let us know how it went when you hear. Good luck!
