Question any long term care management there?

Hi...Is anyone out there in nursing administration for a long term care facility. I have many questions and would like to talk to some others about how they are handling issues. For one...suddenly our dept. of health is focusing on "neglect". We are filing PB 22's ALOT more now..than we did in the past. What we thought was something that can be handled internally...when the state came in on a "staff complaint"..( yes we have staff complaining to DOH), they found this incident..and sited us for not filing a PB 22..so now we are doing one every time you turn around. I would like to know if anyone else out there is seeing the same...how are you handling this.??
I am an RN..Staff Development/ Risk Manager/ Infection Control
Please feel free to email me. I think it helps getting opinions from others. Thank you!
