Annual Performance Evaluations

Our facility, without any input from the direct line managers, has gone to what was a yearly eval based on the staff anniversry date to EVERYONE due by Aug of each year. We are allowed to do them no sooner then the beginng of June and have to complete them by Aug 1st. I have almost fifty staff members under me and I am not sure how I am going to get them done let alone make them still be meaningful to the employee. My group of clinical managers are looking to gather information and benchmark with other facilities to revamp our evaluation tools and system to make it more streamlined and still have value so we can accomplish this task.

What systems are you using and would you be willing to share your ideas for evaluation tools? You can also email me......
