Question JCAHO Staffing Effectiveness Indicators

Would any PI Coordinators share what indicators they are using for the Staffing Effectiveness standards that started July 1, 2002?

Hey dhenceroth, at our hospital we are correlating patient injuries (Falls & Med Errors) with staffing.

We are also looking at employee injuries (Needlesticks and other exposures)
