That sounds like so much fun!

Thing about some survival things (things you cannot live without) and pack those... whether it be toilet paper, dried foods... personal care items (may not be running water where you're at)..

What an amazing opportunity!! Think of the stories you can tell your grandkids. Did I not have a family here in the States, I'd come on over and help!

That said, I have an Aussie friend here and his advice is: If it moves, it's poisonous! Be careful out there!

I'm with Jaylynn here! I'm still waiting to hear what agency she went through. If anyone knows how I can get into this line of work (Australian rural nursing) please let me know. Are there ways for American nurses to do this? Thanks =)
