Online Translation Services

Free Translation and Professional Translation Services from SDL International

Instant draft translation for several languages, including Spanish, French, German, Russian, and Chinese. Will work in a pinch, for situations in which there are no inhouse translators available. Would not be suitable for translating questions and answers for legal documents, however (such as informed consent).

Another one:

Babel Fish Translator

Again, not suitable for translating questions and answers for legal documents (such as consent for treatment).

Re: FREE Online Translation Service

Word of caution about free translation websites: most do not adhere to translation and fluency standards; you could be setting your organization up for liability.
