Burn Care (acute) resources -ICU too!

Just looking for "stuff" for families newly arriving to the BICU. I am looking at what other nurses think I MUST included when preparing families in dealing with their loved one with a big burn *TBSA >25%...or so.

Arizona Burn Center has the greatest patient handbook as a PDF and I am using that as a springboard. I hope to just target the ICU patient and include a section that describes the various tubes and monitors we use on patients as well as a very visual section on wound care and graphs.

anybody else got ideas???
thanks
