Nursing certainly changes your appraoch to life and your vocabulary. I remember when I was doing my hospital training I was with my family and said '****' my mother was horrifed and said I shouldn't use such words at the dinner table. I just looked at her and said "Why not. I puddle in it all day" my mother was speechless at the time but years later she could still recall the incident - as though it was a real eye opening experience for her about what her daughter was actually doing as a nurse.

The nurses all told me that they loooove to have the students around...we are so enthusiastic and happy to do the routine jobs that they don't want to do

Love it!!!! I graduated and passed my NCLEX 7 years ago...and I still remember RN school like it was yesterday! LOL!!!!
