When I worked ER had this incredible fat woman come in with abd pain. Denies any kind of vaginal discharge. Get her up on the OB table, the bath towel that is holding back the flow of green pus falls away, only to give way to a decomposing fetus. Lady was so fat, she didn't even realize that she had been pregnant. MD figured the shear weight of her body probably killed the fetus.
IMHO...this is the worst one so far. Disgusting but so sad

I responded this way because the story seems a little sensational.

ok... this is in a 3 minute time span... apparantly, my resident got out of his geri chair, out of the restraint, apparantly sat in the elevator, and took off all his clothes.
he was found (after 2 minutes of insane searching the floor) by the security guard, who said, he was singing the bottle of beer song.
grr.... its been a bad day

I have worked in a nursing home for 2 yrs.now.The funniest thing I have seen recently, was as follows.A co-worker,also an stna, was showering a res.I offered my assist.b-cuz the res.was combative.when my co-worker removed the res.undergarment, and drypride,a small piece of feces flew up and landed on her lower lip.She started jumping around and screaming like someone stuck her with a hot poker. She has earned the nickname -Pottymouth.
