The Ten Laws of TV Physics

This taken from the January 1998 issue of Reader's Digest, page 122.

1. Teen-ages will always be smarter than their parents.
2. Police never wait for backup.
3. If a woman is running away from someone, she will trip and fall.
4. Cars will explode in all accidents, no matter how slight.
5. Haunted houses are never locked.
6. The hero will always find a parking space.
7. If he jumps hundreds of feet into water, it will always be deep enough.
8. Ugly people will always be bad guys.
9. Good guys will always be good-looking.
10. Nobody on TV has time to watch TV.

Another favorite of mine is, if a woman is trying to hide from someone in the dark, she will always be half dressed and in a white shirt.

Don't forget the hero's computer always has flashy graphics and can do any thing from any where in a matter of seconds. I want a computer like that.

oh yeah and the girl who gets chased by the psycho killer never runs and calls 911, and gets out of the house, instead she runs UP the stairs and into a bathroom or closet without a window for escape!

All women wake up from hours of sleep looking absolutely stunning. Not a hair out of place, and no morning breath
