we were having our jcaho survey and everyone was big into two pt. identifiers. Near the end of my shift, I noticed a small drop of poop on the floor. I circled it, and labled it. POOP #2
two id's. poop and number.
it was so funny. more funny, is that my poop was gone the next shift, but my circle and identifier were still there, for a month even!
Found out that the mock surveyors were on my unit and noticed it and thought it was funny too.
