A person hired to come around and give chair massages, one per nurse per shift. (more, if they find more people to do this...)

Someone else to come around and massage my feet! Well, wait, that's assuming I'm OFF them long enough.

How about an "Easy Button" similar to staples commercials? Or, I think it was the movie click, where one could make everything stop momentarily, allowing the user to breathe, pee, caffienate, smoke...

Camoflage uniforms
They make these, I've seen them worn!

Nursing stations with darkly tinted windows facing the hallway or one-way glass like in cop shows

How about 3 extra pairs of hands! And the ability to "beam into" (versus "beaming up") a room that roll of tape (or hemostat, or 2x2, or bag of IVF) that I forgot.
