Smile nurses husband puts a smile on her face

My daughter is getting married and considered wearing my old wedding dress. It is to small for her and we discussed the possibility of having it altered. I heard my husband over at a neighbors speaking to her in her driveway this morning. I ask him what the conversation was about. He said that since she was a retired seamstress he thought he would get her opinion on altering the wedding dress. For some reason I thought the idea of this burly construction worker carrying a wedding dress to a seamstress to discuss alterations was sort of adorable. I am still smiling.
