What did they call the medical student that graduated at the bottom of his class?

Maybe.

But first, and foremost, they call them, "Doctor".

It's a statistical fact that 50% of all doctors graduated in the bottom half of their class.

Think about that.

So do 50% of all nurses, dentists, lawyers, teachers, etc.

it takes more work to get to the bottom half of these than many other degrees
and some of the these keep learning after graduation and bcome proficiant and capable

Uh...it was a new twist on an old joke.

I also think it's a statistical fact that all graduates graduate at the bottom half of their class....otherwise, there wouldn't be a "top half".
