I am passing this on to you because it has definitely worked for me. By
following the simple advice I read in an article, I have finally found inner
peace.

It read: "the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all of the things
that you have started." Such simple advice really and it works amazingly
well!

I started looking around and I actually saw all of the things that I had
started and not finished lately in my life.

So, today I finished a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine, a bottle
of Jack Daniel's, a bottle of Prozac, a box of chocolates and a half gallon
of ice cream, and you have no idea how good I feel!!

(Just kidding)

Yep, actually someone sent this to me this morning. If I had written it, it wouldn't include Jack Daniels or chocolate or ice cream or prozac . . . . . wine, yes. Chips and salsa, yes. Mexican food, yes. Cheetos, yes. Doritos, yes . . . oh oh, there goes my diet.

Finishing off my pint of Ben and Jerry's so that i can say i have at least completed one task today. And that's also a reason why i put that one quote below about task accomplishment.
