Just got this from an e-friend in Seattle:
An Austrailian radio station was having a contest to see who could come up with the most embarrassing story. The grand prize winner was the following: (I've done a bit of editing for the sake of brevity)
A lady had an early morning appointment with her gynecologist. After getting her family ready for the day, she found she was in a bit of a rush. She grabbed up a washcloth that was sitting beside the bathroom sink, and gave herself a quick wash down below, so the area would be presentable.
Once at the doctor's office, she did not have long to wait for her appointment. She was shown into the room, hopped up on the table, looked over at the other side of the room and pretended she was in Paris or some other place a million miles away. She was a little surprised when the doctor said, "My, we have taken an extra effort this morning, haven't we?"
She was slightly puzzled by this, but made no response. Her appointment over, she heaved a sigh of relief and went home.
After school, her six year old daughter called to her from the bathroom. "Mum, where's the washcloth I left by the sink?"
Mom called back, "Get another one from the cupboard."
The daughter responded: "No, I need the one that was here! It had all my glitter and sparkles on it!"
