someone else's fault that he can't work and he is

Maybe this seems harsh.

I know that you are only suggesting that we open our hearts and pocketbooks for the less fortunate, which I do regularly. I just wanted to point out that the grasshopper isn't less fortunate, he is lazy.
Reading over this, I think I may be overreacting to a joke.......
