24 hr fishing trip

I work 2 16 hours shifts, 3-11 11-7 on Fri and Sat. All week my husband and I had been planning a fishing trip. Fri. on the 11-7 shift, I was so tired. I was doing the 24 hr checks, I finished and put the charts away. I had already made several errors in the charting because I would dose off. On Sat. during the 11-7 shift the LVN was helping me do the red lines. She said Von, whats this? I looked at the chart and I had put the date of the planed fishing trip and then I wrote 24 hr, von and charles's fishing trip ...and I signed my name. Goes to show you that you can continue to work while your brain is dreaming, but you might not like the results.
