Not a recruiter at all but, I agree with Tanker, if you mention it on your Meps form and then clarify with the one on one with the physician they may not even request a waiver.
If you make the tape now then I do not think they care that previously you did not make the tape, right?
I think they only thing they would need to know is if you had surgery, broken bones, illnesses and so on, not a history of overweight.
Um, wait, I do not even recall Meps asking if there is a history of being overweight so, this may be a total non-issue.
Remember, Meps even tells you that they are not there for you to seek a second opinion because if you mention that you are curious about xyz then they will think that you are telling them you have a problem with xyz. A history of overwieight? Nah, don't think it needs to be mentioned in meps at all. Unless there is more to it.
