The VA in Rhode Island

Hello everyone..I was just wondering if anyone knows what the working conditions are liking for an RN in the Providence RI VA. I am currently in the process of switching from my current job to the VA and wanted to see if anyone could tell me what I can look foward to. I asked the nurse manager if I could shadow for a day but for security reasons I can't...can anyone please give me some info..thanks
