question for va nurses

I am a new grad in the VA system working in med surg. I was wondering do the VA offer bonuses or do any hospitals. I am thinking like a Xmas time is there a bonus given to nurses.

I've read that some VA hospitals offer partial loan repayment for academic loans to new grads.
