Question L&D nurse in military hospital?

I'm looking for options working as a Labor&Delivery Nurse (BSN) in Europe. Does anyone know if I can work in a military hospital, say Germany, as a non military person?

I worked in germany as a civ for Landstuhl Army hospital. Yes they do/did have civilians (GS) in L&D. Getting hired is another story. You have to apply online, sorry I don't remember the website. One gets priority status for being a veteran and/or a spouse of AD and several other things. At the time I was there you also had to be in country. There also has to be an opening and usually the positions are only 1-2 deep. I think getting hired on is mostly luck. I lot of people just volunteer there in hopes to get some kind of edge into getting hired but that has no guarantee. I hope this helps some.
