I have been gathering information about the army CRNA program from this site for over a year in preparation for commission. I have turned in my direct commission packet to the health care recruiter and have applied to NU and USUHS. I will graduate with a BSN May 2008. I have almost one year SICU experience. I am having problems with Packet #3 the LTHET and the DA form 3838. I can not seem to get a straight answer on who to give these papers too. Can anyone tell me who is suppose to get these forms? Thank you for your help.
