Red face Another civillian travel question.....

Hello all,
I'm interested in travelling as a civillian nurse to US bases on foreign soil. I work per diem at Tripler Army Medical center in hawaii, but i'm interested in possible travel to other places (Germany, Spain, etc). I speak Spanish, but I don't think I need to pass a language test if I'm on a US base, right? Does anyone know how to get the GS thing started? I've been a nurse for 6 years and have specialties in NICU, PP, Mother/Baby, Peds. Thanks in advance.

You should be able to get GS info from the Tripler Hospital Nurse Recruiter.
