Pre employment screening

I was wondering if there was anyone out there doing pre employment screenings independantly. I have just thought about independantly contracting myself to companies, ie industrial employers, insurance companies to perform blood draws, ecg's, audiometry, respiratory fit test, etc. Has anyone done or presently doing this? I would like to know how it is going?
